ASSOCIATE - RPO
As a key member, this position is responsible for end to end recruitment process (from the time hiring request gets approved to candidate pre-onboarding) across vacancies in the USA, ANZ, & UK.

Responsibilities:

​Ensure to take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for Shortened lead time, improve job person match, and reduce recruitment cost per hire.

Provide support to hiring managers / Business HR / Regional HR by proactive communication and strong customer service

Initiates Discussion of job responsibilities and candidate requirements with the Line Manager for each vacancy and deliver the key messages to search firms effectively

Co-ordinate with Line Managers in managing the selection process & feedback on the candidate.

Participate as a selection panel member in the recruitment process.

Understand the impact of business strategy on a recruitment plan

Collate Recruitment data, conduct data analysis, and provide reports as required

Ensure to bring in the quality of hire, reduce agency usage and focus on hiring talent for future

Ensure accurate tracking on every position and reporting/update

Drive the end to end recruitment process on the workday, perform all recruitment activities on the workday

Requirements:

Experience in working on digital platforms like linked in, other job portals

Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage complexities

Strong communication and implementation skills

Knowledge of assessment tools

Language Skill Fluency in English

Minimum of 2 years of progressive relevant experience in RPO.

Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge
